Healthy Smoothies
A super healthy way to start the day with a super food smoothie!

I love making smoothies for meal prep. I just need to portion the ingredients in different bags and put them in the freezer. When I need to make the smoothie, I only need to add nut milk, nut butter if I am using it and the dry ingredients.
I normally have a handful of greens such spinach, kale, or veggies like cauliflower, zucchinis, carrots or beets. Two to three super-food powders such as spirulina, wheatgrass, chlorella, matcha, baobab, maca… And two or three fruits like bananas, pineapple, mango, berries, orange, dates…
For liquids, I like to use coconut water, nut milks, or sometimes just water if I’m using protein powder and/or nut butters.
For proteins, I like to choose two between chia seeds, hemp seeds, vegan protein powder and/or oats .
As toppings, I like to add cacao nibs, bee pollen, gojis, coconut flakes…

Spiced Green Smoothie
πΊπΈ Ingredients:
π 1 cup nut milk;
π 1 handful of kale;
π 1 frozen banana;
π 1 date;
π 1 Tbsp Almond butter;
π 1 Tbsp chia seeds;
π 1 cardamom;
π 1 tsp spirulina;
π 1/8 tsp cinnamon;
βπΌ Blend everything in a blender. You can add a handful of ice if desired.
βπΌTop with any super food like unsweetened shredded coconut, bee pollen, cacao nibs, pomegranate seeds…
π§π· Ingredientes:
π 1 copo de leite vegano;
π 1 punhado de couve;
π 1 banana congelada;
π 1 tΓ’mara seca;
π 1 colher de sopa de manteiga de amΓͺndoa;
π 1 colher de sopa de semente de chia;
π 1 cardamomo;
π 1 colher de chΓ‘ de espirulina;
π Pitada de canela;
βπΌ Bata tudo no liquidificador. VocΓͺ pode adicionar um pouco de gelo, se desejar.
βπΌ Sirva com coco ralado, pedacinhos de cacau puro, sementes de romΓ£…
Green Tropical Pineapple Smoothie
πΊπΈ Ingredients:
π1 cup coconut water ;
π1 handful of kale or spinach;
π1 big slice frozen pineapple, cut it into chunks;
π 1/2 frozen banana;
π Coconut manna (from real coconut) or 1 Tbsp coconut butter or coconut cream from a can;
π1 Tbsp chia seeds ;
πHandful of Mint or Basil;
πPiece of ginger;
π1 tsp Baobab (optional);
π1 tsp spirulina (optional);
βπΌ Blend everything in a blender. You can add a handful of ice if desired.

π 1 copo de Γ‘gua de coco;
π 1 punhado de couve ou espinafre;
π1 fatia grande de abacaxi congelado, cortado em pedaΓ§os;
π 1/2 banana congelada;
π manΓ‘ de coco ou 1 colher de sopa de manteiga de coco ou creme de coco;
π 1 colher de sopa de sementes de chia;
π mΓ£o cheia hortelΓ£ ou manjericΓ£o;
π pedaΓ§o de gengibre;
π1 colher de chΓ‘ de Baobab (opcional);
π 1 colher de chΓ‘ de espirulina (opcional);

Spiced Tahini Smoothie
πΊπΈ Ingredients:
π±1 cup nut milk or coconut water;
π±1 handful of spinach π;
π±1 frozen banana π ;
π±1 Date;
π±1 Tbsp Tahini;
π±1 Tbsp chia seeds ;
π± 1 tsp Baobab (optional);
π± Pinch of Nutmeg;

π±1 Colher Sopa semente de chia;
π±1 Colher de chΓ‘ de BaobΓ‘ em pΓ³ (opcional);
π±Pitada de Noz-moscada em pΓ³;
βπΌ Bata tudo no liquidificador. VocΓͺ pode adicionar um pouco de gelo, se desejar.
