I just need to portion the ingredients in different bags and put them in the freezer. When I need to make the smoothie, I only need to add nut milk, nut butter if I am using it and the dry ingredients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I normally have a handful of greens such spinach, kale, or veggies like cauliflower, zucchinis, carrots or beets.
