entire month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This first video is an introduction explaining what I do portion wise, what I always have in my pantry\u2026 I also mention that I always have breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks between my meals, first is my juice first thing in the morning before I work out and the second one between lunch and dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My \u201cdiet\u201d, as you can say, I see it more like a lifestyle because I am not looking to do diets to lose weight or to have a healthy body, I just always go for healthier choices. All of it is plant based. I do use raw honey as a natural medicine and bee pollen, which aren\u2019t considered vegan but other than those ingredients my entire lifestyle is surrounded by vegan and natural sources as much as possible. Having a plant based lifestyle can be better for you and for the planet. \ud83c\udf0f\ud83d\ude4c\ud83c\udffd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I like to keep everything possible homemade, including my nut milks. I don\u2019t like to have preservatives or other unnecessary processed stuff in my food. And I do have my \u201csweets\u201d, which are natural sources of sugar coming from fruits, dry fruits such as dates, coconut sugar, maple syrup and molasses. Eating clean and whole foods should be an enjoyable way to tell your body that you care about your health. It takes up to a month to get the body used to new flavors and to the new routine. So take your time, be patient with yourself and listen to your body. It\u2019s normal to crave something unhealthy sometimes but trying to know why can be helpful. It could be emotional or it could be hunger for something that you are addicted to. Maybe trying to replace that craving with a healthier similar choice can help to slowly teach your body how to ditch that craving and learn to appreciate the \u201cnew\u201d healthy food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For me it was chocolates. I always felt guilty before when eating chocolates. But the problem wasn\u2019t the cacao. It was the other stuff in those unhealthy chocolates like unrefined sugar, dairy, preservatives\u2026 so now I make my own healthy chocolates or I make sure to buy a trusted vegan brand and I keep them in my refrigerator all the time. Tudo isso \u00e9 baseado em plantas. Eu uso o mel cru como rem\u00e9dio natural e p\u00f3len de abelha, que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o considerados veganos, mas, al\u00e9m desses ingredientes, todo meu estilo de vida \u00e9 cercado por fontes naturais e veganas, tanto quanto poss\u00edvel. So take your time, be patient with yourself and listen to your body. It\u2019s normal to crave something unhealthy sometimes but trying to know why can be helpful. It could be emotional or it could be hunger for something that you are addicted to. Maybe trying to replace that craving with a healthier similar choice can help to slowly teach your body how to ditch that craving and learn to appreciate the \u201cnew\u201d healthy food. For me it was chocolates. I always felt guilty before when eating chocolates. But the problem wasn\u2019t the cacao. It was the other stuff in those unhealthy chocolates like unrefined sugar, dairy, preservatives\u2026 so now I make my own healthy chocolates or I make sure to buy a trusted vegan brand and I keep them in my refrigerator all the time.
