Aquafaba, the liquid of beans like garbanzo beans! You can make a simple vegan mayo or make it very spicy using fresh habanero peppers \ud83c\udf36. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 INGREDIENTS:<br>\ud83c\udf31VEGAN CLASSIC MAYO:<br>\ud83d\udca71\/2 cup aquafaba;<br>\ud83d\udca7 2 tsp vinegar;<br>\ud83d\udca7 2 tsp lemon juice ;<br>\ud83d\udca7 4 tsp dry mustard ;<br>\ud83d\udca7 2 tsp salt;<br>\ud83d\udca7 2 tsp sugar;<br>\ud83d\udca7 1\/2 cup oil (avocado, grapeseed,&#8230;) plus more if needed; <br>Blend all ingredients except the oil. Then add the oil slowly and blend until it forms the mayo consistency.
