They are perfect for breakfasts! The best part, Tapioca is gluten-free and vegan! \ud83e\udd70\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7\ud83c\udf60\ud83c\udf31\ud83d\ude4c\ud83c\udffc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, I did vegan filling versions like in this picture, I filled with spinach \ud83c\udf43, avocado \ud83e\udd51 drizzled with olive oil and garnished with salt \ud83e\uddc2 , crushed peppers \ud83c\udf36, and some seasonings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only need 4 Tbsp of tapioca! \ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7\ud83c\udf31\ud83e\udd5e<br>It\u2019s a special pre made tapioca, which is moist. It is called \u201cTapioca Biju\u201d or \u201cGoma de Tapioca\u201d. Using only regular dry flour won\u2019t work. Or you can add a bit water until it becomes slightly moist.
