I like adding it as a spread on slices of bread with nut butter, on my chia puddings, porridges\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\ude0b\ud83e\udd63\ud83c\udf53\ud83c\udf52\ud83c\udf5e\ud83e\udd6f\ud83e\udd5e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This one I used raspberries, and strawberries. \ud83c\udf53\ud83c\udf52<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf52<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Red Berries Chia Jam:<\/span><\/strong><br>\ud83c\udf522 cups red berries (cherries, strawberries, and raspberries);<br>\ud83c\udf522 Tbsp maple, date syrup or honey \ud83c\udf6f;<br>\ud83c\udf522 Tbsp chia seeds;<br>\ud83c\udf521 Tbsp lemon or lime juice \ud83c\udf4b;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf53In a large saucepan place the berries (without the seeds and the green ends) with the maple syrup and cook for couple minutes until the berries are soft. Then mash them until they are smooth.<br>\ud83c\udf53Add the chia seeds and the lemon juice and cook for about 20min at low heat, stirring every 5 minutes or so.<br>\ud83c\udf53Remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. It will continue to thicken.<br>\ud83c\udf53Store the jam in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery aligncenter columns-3 is-cropped
