Well, I&#8217;m sharing the recipes and this is one of my favorite goodies! \ud83e\udd70<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a very traditional dessert from my county Brazil \ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7, called BRIGADEIRO! I remake it into a vegan version and actually, they are pretty healthy as well! \ud83d\udc9a\ud83c\udf31\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7\ud83c\udf6b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7 Vegan Brigadeiros:<br>\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7 2 green bananas \ud83c\udf4c(yes! It needs to be very green! They are low in sugar and good to lower bad cholesterol \ud83d\ude09);<br>\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7 1 bar 100% cacao \ud83c\udf6b (or vegan dark chocolate, but I like to use only cacao without any additives);<br>\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7 1 Tbsp coconut oil \ud83e\udd65;<br>\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7 1\/4 cup coconut sugar or to taste;<br>\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7 Pinch pink sea salt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf6bCook the green bananas with their skin in water for a bit until the skin is softened and easy to be removed. With careful, remove the skin and put into a blender with a bit of the hot water and the rest of the ingredients and blend until very smooth.<br>\ud83c\udf6bPut the mix in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.<br>\ud83c\udf6bThen remove it and make little balls in your hands. Use a little bit of coconut oil on your hands so it won\u2019t stick.<br>\ud83c\udf6bThen roll each brigadeiro in shredded coconut or cacao nibs or anything you would like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s it!! Precisa ser bem verde! Elas t\u00eam baixo teor de a\u00e7\u00facar e s\u00e3o boas para baixar o colesterol ruim \ud83d\ude09);<br>\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7 1 barra 100% cacau \ud83c\udf6b (ou chocolate amargo vegano, mas gosto de usar apenas cacau sem nenhum aditivo);<br>\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7 1 colher de sopa de \u00f3leo de coco \ud83e\udd65;<br>\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7 1\/4 x\u00edcara de a\u00e7\u00facar de coco ou a gosto;<br>\ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7 Pitada de sal marinho rosa;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf6b Cozinhe as bananas verdes com a casca em \u00e1gua at\u00e9 que a casca fique macia e f\u00e1cil de ser removida. Com cuidado, retire a casca e coloque as bananas no liquidificador com um pouco da \u00e1gua quente e o restante dos ingredientes e bata at\u00e9 ficar bem homog\u00eaneo.<br>\ud83c\udf6b Coloque a mistura na geladeira por algumas horas.<br>\ud83c\udf6b Em seguida, retire-a e fa\u00e7a bolinhas com as m\u00e3os. Use um pouco de \u00f3leo de coco nas m\u00e3os para que n\u00e3o grudem.<br>\ud83c\udf6b Em seguida, enrole cada brigadeiro em coco ralado, cacau ou o que voc\u00ea queira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 isso a\u00ed!!
