They were a hit! \ud83d\ude0b\ud83e\udd5c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd5c<strong>Vegan Peanut Butter Stuffed Coconut Bites:<\/strong><br>(Makes 12 bites)<br>\ud83e\udd5c 1 cup dates;<br>\ud83e\udd5c1\/2 cup coconut flour;<br>\ud83e\udd5c1\/3 cup almond flour;<br>\ud83e\udd5c1\/4 cup shredded coconut + more for coating;<br>\ud83e\udd5c1\/4 cup peanut butter + more for filling;<br>\ud83e\udd5c1 Tbsp nut milk;<br>\ud83e\udd5c2 tsp maca powder;<br>\ud83e\udd5c1\/2 tsp cinnamon;<br>\ud83e\udd5c1\/4 tsp nutmeg;<br>\ud83e\udd5c1\/2 tsp vanilla extract;<br>\ud83e\udd5c1\/4 tsp sea salt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u270d\ud83c\udffcIn a food processor, blend all the ingredients until a dough forms.
