The traditional one has beef or chicken and has dairy but I made a healthier and vegan version which is very delicious!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\ude0b \ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7\ud83d\udc9a\ud83c\udf31\ud83e\udd65<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd65Vegan Strogonoff:<br>\ud83e\udd651 can full fat coconut milk \ud83c\udf34;<br>\ud83e\udd651\/4 cup water + more if needed;<br>\ud83e\udd652 Tbsp tomato paste;<br>\ud83e\udd652 Tbsp nutritional yeast;<br>\ud83e\udd652 Tbsp Avocado or Coconut oil;<br>\ud83e\udd651\/2 small onion chopped;<br>\ud83e\udd651 garlic, minced;<br>\ud83e\udd6516 oz cremini mushrooms;<br>\ud83e\udd658 oz heart of palm, chopped into medium cylinder shapes;<br>\ud83e\udd651\/2 tsp salt plus more for taste;<br>\ud83e\udd651\/2 tsp cayenne (optional);<br>\ud83e\udd65Black pepper to taste;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u270d\ud83c\udffc In a large saucepan over medium heat add the oil and saute the onions and garlic until they softened up.<br>\u270d\ud83c\udffc Then add the mushrooms and saute for an additional couple minutes.<br>\u270d\ud83c\udffc Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 3 minutes until smooth and creamy. It depends of the consistency you like and it can be more liquid or more thick but don\u2019t let it dry too much. It needs to be creamy. Voc\u00ea j\u00e1 experimentou? \ud83c\udf5b\ud83e\udd58\ud83e\udd24<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A receita popular e tradicional tem carne de boi ou frango e tem leite mas fiz uma vers\u00e3o mais saud\u00e1vel e vegana que \u00e9 muito gostosa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\ude0b \ud83c\udde7\ud83c\uddf7\ud83d\udc9a\ud83c\udf31\ud83e\udd65<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd65 Strogonoff vegano:<br>\ud83e\udd65 1 lata de leite de coco integral \ud83c\udf34;<br>\ud83e\udd65 1\/4 x\u00edcara de \u00e1gua + mais, se necess\u00e1rio;<br>\ud83e\udd65 2 colheres de sopa de pasta de tomate;<br>\ud83e\udd65 2 colheres de sopa de fermento nutricional;<br>\ud83e\udd65 2 colheres de sopa de \u00f3leo de abacate ou coco;<br>\ud83e\udd65 1\/2 cebola pequena picada;<br>\ud83e\udd65 1 alho picado;<br>\ud83e\udd65 454g de cogumelos cremini;<br>\ud83e\udd65 227g de palmito picado em cilindros m\u00e9dios;<br>\ud83e\udd65 1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de sal e mais para saborear;<br>\ud83e\udd65 1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de pimenta-caiena (opcional);<br>\ud83e\udd65 Pimenta preta a gosto;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u270d\ud83c\udffc Em uma panela grande, ao fogo m\u00e9dio, acrescente o azeite e refogue a cebola e o alho.<br>\u270d\ud83c\udffc Em seguida, adicione os cogumelos e refogue por mais alguns minutos.<br>\u270d\ud83c\udffc Adicione os ingredientes restantes e cozinhe por cerca de 3 minutos at\u00e9 ficar homog\u00eaneo e cremoso. Dependendo da consist\u00eancia que voc\u00ea gosta,  acrescente mais l\u00edquido. Precisa ser cremoso.
