(Serves 4)<br>\ud83c\udf36. 2 cans black beans;<br>\ud83c\udf36. 1 can red beans;<br>\ud83c\udf36. 1 can with water;<br>\ud83c\udf36. 2 carrots, grated;<br>\ud83c\udf36. 1 jalapen\u0303o, chopped (I use with seeds);<br>\ud83c\udf36. 2 1\/2 cups tomato pure\u0301e;<br>\ud83c\udf36. 3 Tbsp tomato paste;<br>\ud83c\udf36. 2 cloves of garlic, crushed;<br>\ud83c\udf36. 1 or 1\/2 onion chopped;<br>\ud83c\udf36  1 Tbsp Chili Powder;<br>\ud83c\udf36. 1 tsp paprika;<br>\ud83c\udf36. 2 tsp cumin;<br>\ud83c\udf36. Chili Flakes to taste;<br>\ud83c\udf36. Salt to taste;<br>\ud83c\udf36. Brown rice to serve;<br>\ud83c\udf36. Chips to serve and cilantro for garnish;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u270d\ud83c\udffc. Saut\u00e9e the carrots, onions and garlic. Add all ingredients and cook on low medium heat for about 40 minutes. Add more water if it starts getting dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u270d\ud83c\udffc.
