I don\u2019t like throwing it away so I\u2019m always creating and making dishes using the pulp. Normally I use in cookies, but you can also use in hummus replacing the garbanzos! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are two green hummus versions! One using normal garbanzo beans and one using nut pulp!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf31  <strong>Green&nbsp;Hummus:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>\ud83c\udf31  1&nbsp;can&nbsp;garbanzo&nbsp;beans&nbsp;(drained&nbsp;and&nbsp;rinsed);&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>\ud83c\udf31  1\/4&nbsp;cup&nbsp;tahini;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>\ud83c\udf31  1&nbsp;cup&nbsp;of&nbsp;spinach,&nbsp;cilantro,&nbsp;parsley,&nbsp;or&nbsp;any&nbsp;other&nbsp;green;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>\ud83c\udf31  1\/4&nbsp;cup&nbsp;water&nbsp;(plus more&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;desired&nbsp;consistency.
