Well, I\u2019m still improving my skills on how to decorate and take beautiful pictures of my vegan cheesecakes. I tried soooo many positions and ways to take a picture of my cheesecake that it was probably funny to watch me if you\u2019d be around. Lights, and angles&#8230; I really wish for a nice studio light in my dream kitchen! Lol \ud83d\ude05 But, other than me trying to decorate the cheesecake and trying to make the pictures look good, it came out really tasty! \ud83d\ude0b Now I&#8217;m having cheesecake everyday for breakfast! Considering that it only has healthy ingredients like nuts, coconut, oats and fruits, it\u2019s like a smoothie bowl right? \ud83d\ude1d\ud83d\ude1c\ud83e\udd65\ud83c\udf52\ud83c\udf4c\ud83c\udf70\ud83e\udd63<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf52RAW VEGAN CHERRY CHEESECAKE:<br>\ud83c\udf70BASE:<br>\ud83c\udf521 cup almonds;<br>\ud83c\udf523\/4 cup oats;<br>\ud83c\udf521 cup dates;<br>\ud83c\udf521 Tbsp coconut oil;<br>\ud83c\udf521-2 tsp water;<br>\ud83c\udf52Pinch sea salt;<br>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffcBlend all ingredients until a dough forms. Add 1tsp of water at a time until the dough comes out sticky and easy to be held together.<br>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffcPress firmly into a pie dish.<br>\ud83c\udf70WHITE LAYER:<br>\ud83c\udf521 cup raw cashews, soaked;<br>\ud83c\udf521\/3 cup cacao butter, melted;<br>\ud83c\udf521\/2 cup coconut milk;<br>\ud83c\udf521\/4 cup maple syrup;<br>\ud83c\udf52Juice of 1 lemon (4 Tbsp);<br>\ud83c\udf521\/4 cup protein powder (optional + more coconut milk if using protein);<br>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffcDrain the cashews and blend with all ingredients until very smooth.<br>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffcPour on top of the base.<br>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffcFreeze for a couple of minutes until set.<br>\ud83c\udf70CHERRY LAYER:<br>\ud83c\udf521 cup raw cashews, soaked;<br>\ud83c\udf521\/4 cup coconut milk (a bit more if needed to help blend);<br>\ud83c\udf521 banana, frozen;<br>\ud83c\udf521 cup cherries, frozen;<br>\ud83c\udf521 Tbsp maple syrup;<br>\ud83c\udf521\/4 cup cacao butter, melted;<br>\ud83c\udf522 Tbsp coconut oil;<br>\ud83c\udf521 scoop vegan collagen (optional);\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffcDrain the cashews and blend with all ingredients except the frozen fruits until very smooth.<br>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffcAdd the fruits and blend again.<br>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffcPour on top of the white layer.<br>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffcFreeze again for one hour or so until set. Then leave in the refrigerator until firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf70CHERRY SAUCE:<br>\ud83c\udf521 cup cherries;<br>\ud83c\udf521 tsp chia seeds;<br>\ud83c\udf521 tsp maple syrup;<br>\ud83c\udf52Splash water;<br>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffcCook over low heat for approx 10min.
