Use a sharp knife to cut across the potato to create some thin slices sections. Do not cut through the potato, but cut half the way down. Cook with the vegetable broth with salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic and onion for around 15minutes or until all the water is absorbed. Use uma faca afiada para cortar a batata para criar algumas fatias finas. N\u00e3o corte a batata, mas corte na metade.
